There are many peculiarities that make the Ebro Lands such a special territory. Located in the extreme south of Catalonia and formed by the Baix Ebre, Montsià, Ribera d'Ebre and Terra Alta regions, the Ebro Lands offer their visitors charming places, with their own identity and a very diverse territory in all its senses: gastronomic, cultural, natural, historical and traditional.
Declared a Natural Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO in 2013, the Ebro Lands found a place in 2016 in the list of the 100 best sustainable tourist destinations in the world awarded by the international association Green Destinations Foundation, in which it currently remains, as a distinction of quality and that supposes the recognition of a land that brings together natural treasures of great interest and two unique ecosystems in the Mediterranean: The Ebro Delta and the Els Ports massif, two Natural Parks that are a few kilometers apart.
Within this incomparable setting in which the Ebro Lands are located, we must highlight its natural environment, its biodiversity and the involvement of its inhabitants to conserve it, making the most of the resources that the territory offers with the deepest respect. A wide range of activities and getaways around wine, gastronomy, history, culture, traditions and nature await you in Ebro Lands. And you... have you already visited them?
