day 1

Arrival to the Ebro Delta

Arrival by your own means to the Ebro Delta. You will be staying at Hotel Marjal****, in Poblenou del Delta, a charming village located in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. This municipality is known for its unmistakable white-walled houses and its very representative gastronomy of the area. In the afternoon, there will be a presentation meeting to inform you about the development and details of your stay. Free dinner and overnight in Poblenou del Delta.

day 2

Forest Bathing in Els Ports Natural Park

Breakfast at the hotel Marjal ****. Your therapeutic forest guide will then pick you up at the hotel by all-terrain vehicle in the direction of the Ports Natural Park, where you will enjoy a session of Japanese Shinrin Yoku (or forest bath). Through a walk in the woods, you will be able to connect with nature and with yourself with the five senses. This unique experience will allow you to relax and unwind from daily stress, among many other benefits that forest baths offer. After the Shinrin Yoku session, we will take you to lunch at a gastronomic space in the area in order to taste the local products of the region. Free afternoon, however, if you wish, you can choose between three different activities: Bach Flower Consultation, Massage (with different options) or Essential oils and aromatherapy workshop (these three activities are optional and therefore have a supplement). Free dinner. Night in Poblenou del Delta.

day 3

Qigong session in the Ebro Delta Natural Park

Breakfast at Hotel Marjal ****. Then, we suggest you discover Qigong, an ancient Chinese art that is a good exercise for both body and mind. Thanks to gentle movements combined with breathing, this discipline contributes to improving physical, mental and spiritual health. This Qigong session will take place by the sea in the heart of the Ebro Delta, with the participation of a specialist teacher. You will then take part in an Energy Nutrition Workshop on the hotel’s premises, in order to acquire new knowledge about the food and energy it can transmit to the body, as well as the appropriate way to cook it. The Workshop includes the tasting of the food that will be prepared. Free afternoon. End of our services.
