NJOY CATALONIA offers you all the experiences and activities so you can include what you think will best suit your needs and the tastes of future NJOYERS. If you do not find what exactly you are looking for, you can also offer a gift voucher for an economic value that the recipient or recipients can invest in what they are most excited about, even creating a fully customized experience.

The gift voucher is presented in the form of a personalized gift card for each client and according to the experiences that are included. Here's a sample image of the gift voucher format, so you can see what you would receive if you purchased a gift voucher.

In order to get the gift voucher, you must contact us via our email hola@njoycatalonia.com detailing the following:

• Name of the person or persons to whom the gift check is addressed
• Name of the person or persons requesting the gift voucher
• Email and contact telephone number of the person requesting the gift voucher
• Description of the experience or activity you want to offer
• Personalized dedication if you consider appropriate

Once we receive this information, within 24 working hours we will contact you to confirm the details you have given us and confirm the amount that the gift voucher would have. We will give you our bank details so that you can transfer the corresponding amount or a link so that you can make the payment with a debit or credit card. As soon as we receive the payment confirmation, we will generate the gift voucher, which will be valid for one year from the date of issue. We will send the gift voucher via email to the same address that you have provided us, in pdf format, ready to print and give away.

Lucky ones who have received the NJOY CATALONIA gift voucher will have to contact us in order to make the reservation one week in advance. This way we can confirm with the service providers the availability of places. If it is not possible for this reason to use it on the date you request, We will look for a new date that fits the availability of the service providers and especially the final client. Please note that in order to make use of the gift voucher, prior reservation through NJOY CATALONIA is needed.

If you have to modify or cancel the reservation date, you must contact us as soon as possible, at least 72 hours before the start of the service, so that we do not incur expenses on the part of the service providers. In the event that the modification or cancellation occurs by force within these 72 hours, we will mediate with the service providers in order to try not to generate expenses, but the last decision is always the one that can affect this fact in terms of availability, that is the service provider. The gift voucher will be available for use on another date.
